Griva (Greek: Γρίβα)...is a small traditional Village in Paionia Province of Kilkis Prefecture in Central Macedonia, Greece. The Village hoivers on the southeastern part of the mountain Paiko at 470m Sea level hight.

Located 72 km northwest of Thessaloniki, 542 km north of Athens and 23 km north of Pella, the ancient capital of the kingdom of Macedon and part of the Municipality of Goumenissa.

Griva is the Largest village inside the Municipality of Goumenissa with 813 people (National Statistic Agency,Hellas, 2001).
Greek orthodox religion and part to the seat of the Bishop of Diocese of Goumenissa, Axioupolis and Polykastron (Greek: Ιερά Μητρόπολις Γουμενίσσης, Αξιουπόλεως & Πολυκάστρου).
